Changes:
Added biofuel to the production and production summary report.
Added ability to assault the current sector as well as adjacent
sectors.

When playing Heavy Metal using WinACE ensure you have selecedt the
Heavy Metal setting for the Theme Game option and that you are using
version 2.5.50.  The theme game option can be selected on the login
page or in the Theme game tab in the Options dialog box.
