Dear Marrie Pierre,

For a TV programme which investigates the antennas risks, the crew wants to do a similar

survey like Roger Santini did.

The problem is that no expert in Israel is ready to help them with

questionnares and they don't have any idea how to build the questionnaire.

I suggested that they take the  original questionnaire that Roger used, and will translate it

into hebrew. They will take two groups, one close to antennas and

one further away, and they will check the symptoms.

I don't know Roger's son's email and I don't have contact with

him, maybe you can ask him if he is ready to give a copy of the questionnare?

- Obviously we are in touch with the Santini family, his wife Sylvia and his brother Paul.

They live not far away from our headquarters.

- Obviously we have the original paper questionnaire from Dr. Roger Santini.

- However now it does present little interest.

It was the late Roger Santini who was the Founder President of the organization Next-up.

- Roger Santini worked in 2005 and early 2006 with data processing engineers to develop a new more

effective international questionnaire o a data base to deal with collected responses.

If you wish you can use these questions in personalizing it for Israel under conditions that are easy,

especially for writing in Hebrew.

This possibility is open to all worldwide organizations and associations.

How to do, it is very simple!

It's just a matter of organization and data work.

1 - Translate the text of the questions in the questionnaire into the language of your country.

2 - Provide an accompanying text customized for your country and for your association which will

be incorporated into the specific format questionnaire to your country (comments, contact address, etc....).

3 - You can also add additional specific questions to your country, but this is to be minimized,

because the data processing and overall scientific answers can then be even more complicated.

4 -Free, a internet page (file) specific to your country will be created by data engineers based in Lyon (France).

5 - You will be notified by mail in real time of all the answers to questionnaires of your country.

6 - Depending on the number of answers, you will regularly receive a comprehensive statistics

of the questionnaire responses of your country.

7 - Obviously, the overall global state (computer statistics) of responses to questionnaires from all countries

will be issued for a release for all and especially for scientific studies.

Ils résident par très loin de notre siège social.

- Nous avons évidemment le questionnaire papier original du Dr Roger Santini.

- Néanmoins celui-ci ne présente maintenant que peu d’intérêt.

4 – Gratuitement, une page (dossier) internet spécifique à votre pays sera créée par des ingénieurs informaticiens basés à Lyon (France).

5 – Vous recevrez par mail en temps réel toutes les réponses aux questionnaires de votre pays.

6 – Suivant le nombre de réponses, vous recevrez régulièrement un état global des statistiques des réponses du questionnaire de votre pays.

7 – évidemment, l’état (statistiques  informatiques) global mondial des réponses aux questionnaires de tous les

pays sera publié  pour une mise à disposition pour tous et notamment des scientifiques pour les études.
