According to Lou Dobbs, 1750 jurisdictions use Diebold/Premier voting
machines.
>From my study of state election auditing procedures, nothing in many
States' (invalid) election auditing procedures would detect these type
of vote count errors. These errors were discovered in Ohio by a
county technician who was examining the Diebold/Premier vote count
database tables. Most States' follow election procedures proscribed by
the vendor that would not detect these Diebold/Premier vote count
losses. Many States' alleged audit procedures never check to see that
all the touchscreen memory card counts are accurately uploaded to the
central tabulators, and no Diebold/Premier general election management
system report would reveal the missing votes.
Prior close elections counted on Diebold/Premier's touchscreen voting
machines may have produced inaccurate results due to this flaw.
